Folks, let me extend my apologies for canceling this Friday's meeting, and being so late with getting the word out to all of you. I don't want to offer up excuses, but basically coming up with content and ideas for planning this meeting just didn't come together as I had wished.

Anyway, here's what I'd like to do in 2017. I would love to get the meeting/education steering committee back up and see some members volunteer to create content, as well as lead meetings. If you're interested in helping with developing meetings and education please send me an RSVP.

In addition, I would love to continue the conversation over on Slack at #nwmacpros. We can talk about ideas for meetings, content, ways to improve participation and also use the channel as a resource for reaching out to your fellow members for advice and support. We can also use the channel to share out our list of trusted professionals when we need someone that is outside of our specialty. Basically, the channel will be an extension of NWMP meetings. It will be what you make it.

I do plan on having a Holiday Mixer on Saturday, December 3rd as long as I see interest in doing so. Last year's mixer was very lightly attended. Before planning it, I want to confirm that there is interest. If you are interested in attending the mixer on Dec. 3rd, please send me an RSVP.
